"Light"

There is a bright light shining
From a star high in the sky.
Like a beacon it can guide you
If you stop to wonder why.

There is a story it can tell you
That began so long ago.
For God's great plan of salvation
For a world filled with sin and woe.

A bright star to announce that
Jesus had come in God's good time.
To show the way to heaven
Led through his love devine.

How God's great love still lingers
Though man seems not to know.
That the lowley name of Jesus
Can cause this seed of love to grow.

Look up the light still shines
To save man from his sin.
God's love can only blossom
From the seed that lies within.

This month will bring, in two weeks our trip to O'Sullivan Sportsman Resort at 6897 State Rout 262 "Potholes Reservoir" near Moses Lake Washington where our Ellsworth Family Reunion will be held on June 15th to the 20th. ( Please feel free to come JOIN us ).
The cherry blossoms are all gone now, they had a tough time this year with rain and hail to endure, sometimes mother nature makes it hard for them to finish their job. We are having our home painted it has been resisting the weather for around fourteen years now and needed a fresh coat, the painter is here today working on the trim etc. Doing the back deck will pretty well finish the project.
We are able to keep in touch almost daily with family and friends with the help of phone and computer, what a wonderful tool our computer is, our daughter Pamela got us started back in the 1990's and at the time I was resisting her efforts, however now I am glad we caught on to the use of it. It is such a marvelous invention. This past month the bicycle path is starting to be built between Somers where we live and the little town of Lakeside six miles to the South of us along highway 93. It will be a great addition to the trail that extends the 7 or 8 miles North to Kalispell.

Be sure and drop by if you are in our neighborhood, until next time
"Have a Great Day".

Weather Information

"A look at some of the weather we are having."

"Golly with the rainy and unsettled weather still hanging around maybe it will extend on into what is our rainy month which is usually June of each year, however every year seems to be an unusual one here in Montana (Smile). At least the temperature has been quite mild for the last few weeks, and that encourages the spring growth of all the wild flowers and bushes, we have noticed how the Lilac bushes this year are big and Gorgeous and so beautiful.
